Initial Consultation:
Comprehensive New Patient Consultation (60 minutes)

Ideal for most new patients with one or two endocrine conditions.
Extended Comprehensive Consultation (90 Minutes)
$400
Recommended for patients with:
- Three or more endocrine conditions
- Complex medical histories requiring extensive record review
- Multiple endocrine disorders requiring comprehensive evaluation
- Insulin pump management
- Medical weight management consultations
This extended visit allows additional time for an in-depth discussion of your health concerns, review of prior testing and treatments, development of a personalized treatment plan, and patient education.
Patients scheduling a medical weight management consultation will also receive an optional InBody Body Composition Analysis at no additional charge.
Monthly Membership
$125 per month
Designed for patients who want ongoing endocrine care with greater access, continuity, and convenience.
Membership begins after your initial consultation and includes:
- Unlimited in-person follow-up visits
- Unlimited telemedicine visits
- Direct messaging with Dr.Memon
- Prescription management and refills
- Prior authorizations
- CGM and insulin pump data review
- Medical forms and routine letters
- Care coordination when needed
- Discounted laboratory pricing
- Personalized, relationship-based endocrine care
For patients requiring ongoing management of chronic endocrine conditions, membership offers the greatest value while providing direct access and continuity of care.
Fee for Service
$250 per follow-up visit
Fee-for-service follow-up care is available for patients who need short-term consultation, a second opinion, or limited ongoing guidance.
To preserve access and continuity for our membership patients, fee-for-service follow-up care is generally limited to up to two follow-up visits per year after the initial consultation.
Patients who require more frequent monitoring, medication adjustments, ongoing review of laboratory results, CGM or insulin pump management, or continued endocrine care are encouraged to transition to the membership model, which provides comprehensive ongoing care and direct access to Dr. Memon.
